Upon receipt of the order at the post office and/or by courier (including the Postal Service), the buyer must make sure that the outer packaging of the goods is intact and that there is no mechanical damage on it. If the above-mentioned defects are detected, it is necessary to draw up a damage report together with the post office employee and check the Goods, and then record all violations in the report. After verification, the buyer has the right to redeem the parcel or refuse it.
If you choose to deliver an order by mail, the buyer can cancel the order (refuse the product) until the online store sends it to the post office. After that, the order cannot be canceled.
If the buyer refuses to receive the goods at the post office and/or courier, the seller must return to him the amount paid by the buyer in accordance with the retail purchase and sale agreement, except for the seller's expenses for the delivery (return) of the non-received goods no later than 10 days from the date of refusal to receive the goods.
Refund of the amount paid by the buyer for the Goods is made in the same way as the payment for the goods and their delivery was made.
